This course is suitable for anyone responsible for overseeing fire safety; designated fire marshals; and anyone who needs to know how to use a fire extinguisher. Candidates must attend a refresher course every three years.

This training course covers the knowledge and skills needed for the role of a designated fire marshal or fire warden. It explores fire prevention, fire regulations and the different types of fire extinguisher and how to use them correctly.
